Electric actuator failure situation: unable to open or fully

Test method: 1. Check if it is a control cam fixing screw, if it is adjusted with a hex wrench to adjust it. 2. View whether the axis of the valve is deformed? If deformed, the axis of the valve is required 3. Check the position of the lypling screw to see if the stop screw is adjusted.

Electric actuator faulty: When the motor is started, the valve stops running.

Test method: 1. Check if the gear wear, if there is wear, keep the gear. 2. Check if the axial latch is worn, and the wear is followed by the axis of heart. 3. Check whether the axis of the valve or whether the discharge shaft of the driver is broken, and if it breaks, it will be changed in time.

Electric actuator faulty: Two sets of electric valves with two sets of electric valves in the same place, but is not normal.

Test method: 1. Check if the control line is connected in series or parallel, and refer to the illustration wiring diagram line on the instruction manual.
