1. Use detergent to clean old grease or sealing grease. The specific operation method is: after emptying, inject the cleaning agent, and operate the valve through circulation, so that the cleaning agent is spread on the sealing surface, and the cleaning agent can be left in the valve to soak for 1 to 2 days.
2. Keep the pneumatic butterfly valve in the closed state, open the valve body drain port or vent port to reduce the pressure of the valve cavity.
3. Close the drain port and vent port of the pneumatic butterfly valve, inject the cleaning agent according to the required amount, and repeat the cycle of opening and closing the valve.
4. Lubricating grease or sealing grease, cycle the valve to ensure the flexible operation of the valve.
5. Vent the valve body, test the seat seal, if the seat still leaks, adjust the position of the valve core.
6. After adjusting the position of the valve core, the valve seat leakage still does not stop, and the sealing grease is injected again for testing.
