1. Classified by power source
Depending on the type of power source, the valve drive can be divided into four types of manual, pneumatic, hydraulic (hydraulic pressure or water pressure) and electric (electromagnetic or motor) drive. 2. Classify the motion form of the stem
According to the motion form of the valve stem, the valve driving device can be divided into two major categories of multi-rotary valve driving devices and partial rotary valve driving devices.
Multi-rotation means that the number of rotational turns of the output shaft of the driving device is greater than 1, such as a drive device for a shutter valve, a shutoff valve, a throttle valve, and a diaphragm valve; partial rotation means that the number of rotational turns of the drive output shaft is less than 1, such as a ball valve.
